Our CNC machines are a Doosan DNM 5700 with a 40 x 20 inch work envelope, a Doosan DNM4500S with a 31 x 17 inch work envelope, and a Kitamura Mycenter 3X with a 32 x 18 inch work envelope. We also run an Acurite 2-axis Bridgeport knee mill and a manual lathe with a 12-inch swing and a 36-inch bed.
What materials can Metal Trade Solutions machine?
We machine more than 15 materials, including 1018 and A36 mild steel, 4140, tool steel, 303, 304 and 400-series stainless steel, 6061 and 7075 aluminum, 6AL-4V titanium, brass, and copper, plus engineering plastics including Delrin, HDPE, UHMW, polycarbonate, PEEK, and graphite.
